- 1/4 cup Salsa
- handful of crushed tortilla chips
- 1/4-1/2 cup of grated cheese(white sharp cheddar is good)
- Coconut Oil(just enough to oil pan)
Directions

1Whisk eggs in a small bowl.

2Add Salsa and chips to soak.

3Oil pan, and heat on Medium heat.

4Stir together and add to pan. Use spatula to cook the same you would do for Scrambled eggs.

5When almost cooked, add cheese and turn off heat.

6Add Salt to season(we prefer the healthy salts)
