  • corn tortillas (two per person)
  • eggs (two per person)
  • grated cheese
  • purple onions
  • bell pepper
  • tomato
  • cooking oil
  • salsa
  • jalapeno
  • salt and pepper

    Cut tortillas in 1-inch cubes and brown in enough oil to coat until tortillas are crispy.
