  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
  • 8 oz. lasagna noodles
  • 15 oz. Ricotta cheese
  • 16 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (32 oz.) and 1 (16 oz.) jar(s) Ragu spaghetti sauce
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • garlic powder
  • oregano

Directions

    Boil noodles according to directions.

    Drain and rinse with cold water.

    Brown meat.

    Drain grease.

    Sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano.

    Mix Ricotta cheese with egg.

    Spoon a little Ragu on bottom of a 9 1/2 x 13 1/2-inch (3-quart) baking dish. Layer 1/2 noodles, Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, meat and Ragu.

    Make 2 layers.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes, until bubbly.
