- 10 medium-size mushrooms
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
- 1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
- 3 Tbsp. shredded Jack cheese
- 2 Tbsp. dry white or red wine
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. fine cracker crumbs
Directions

1Remove stems from mushrooms and save for other uses.

2Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and brush over mushroom caps, coating thoroughly.

3Stir together remaining 4 tablespoons butter, garlic and cheese until blended.

4Stir in wine, soy sauce and crumbs until well blended.
