  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams bread crumbs
  • 50 grams grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 100 grams unsalted butter

    Season chicken with a pinch of salt

    Beat the egg in a shallow dish or a bowl and put a pinch of salt, a pinch of nutmeg and half of the Parmesan in it

    Put bread crumbles and the rest of Parmesan in another dish

    Dip each chicken breast before in the egg mix and then in bread crumbs

    Put butter in a pan and let it melt and boil

    Cook chicken in it until it turns slightly brown!

    If you like you can squeeze some lemon juice on it
