  • Durkee' Famous Sauce
  • Sour Cream
  • White Wine: I use Reisling

Directions

    Combine equal parts of Durkee's and sour cream for anticipated amount you will need. Mix well. Add wine to Durkee's and sour cream to thin to a flowable consistancy but you want the sauce thick enought to stay in place on what you plan to serve it over.

    You can warm the sauce this improves it's flowability and it helps keep you food warm.

    You should be able to keep leftovers in a sealed container in refrigerator for a week or more
