  • 3 small cans coconut
  • 1 qt. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 lb. candied pineapple, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. candied cherries, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. raisins (if desired)

    Line cake pan with wax paper; cook at 275° until light brown, about 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
