Milk Gravy

- 1/4 c. or so flour (self-rising or all-purpose)
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. water
- leftover bacon or sausage grease
Directions

1After you cook your meat (bacon/sausage), use the leftover grease to make your gravy or you can just use regular cooking oil. Put enough grease to cover the bottom of the skillet.

2Add about a 1/4 cup or so of flour; mix it together good.

3Then add milk and water.

4Add more milk and water to get it thinner or more flour if you want it thicker.

5Add salt, pepper and garlic if you wish.

6Not a whole lot or it will be too garlicy.

7Let simmer or a while.

8The longer it cooks, the thicker it will get.

9Stir often.
