- 2 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 16 large marshmallows
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1In a heavy 2-quart saucepan, mix sugar, butter or margarine, marshmallows and milk.

2Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils and is bubbly all over top.

3Boil and stir for 5 minutes.

4Remove from heat.

5Stir in vanilla and chocolate morsels until melted.

6Stir in nuts.

7Spread in buttered 9-inch square pan.

8Cool thoroughly.

9Cut into about 30 pieces.
