Milk Powder based Toffee Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk Powder- I use Nido brand
  • 1/2 cup sunflower oil
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Directions

    Put the milk powder in a shallow frying pan on medium fire and let it toast to brown or light brown color.
  2. 2
    Dont burn it keep stirring
  3. 3
    Preheat the oven to 180 celcius
  4. 4
    Mix the milk powder and all other ingredients to create a smooth cake mix
  5. 5
    Put your cake mix in your cake pan or cup cake pan and keep in the oven for 20 mins
