Ingredients
- 1 c. millet (uncooked)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 (14 oz.) can Italian tomatoes (undrained)
- 1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
- 1 (2.25 oz.) can sliced olives
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sage
Directions

1Brown millet and onion in oil (or may omit this step and add to rest of ingredients without oil).

2Add enough water to tomatoes and soup to make total of 4 cups.

3Mix all ingredients and place in a 2-quart casserole.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

5May top with Cheddar cheese if desired.
