- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 large Cool Whip
Directions

1Beat milk and lemon juice together with a mixer.

2Fold in pineapple and nuts and mix well.

3Add Cool Whip and mix well. Pour into 8-inch pie shells.*

4Refrigerate before serving. Freezes very well.

5Makes 2 pies.
