  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 c. raisins

    Mix all ingredients in saucepan.

    Bring to a boil and boil until thickened.

    When cool, pour into a baked pie shell.

    Serve with whipped cream.
