- 6 egg whites
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 medium can crushed pineapple, well drained
- bananas, sliced
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 pt. cream, whipped
- 1 can Angel Flake coconut, toasted
Directions

1Beat egg whites with sugar and cream of tartar until very stiff.

2Shape to fit a greased 10-inch pie plate and bake at 250° for 1 hour.

3Cool. When cooled, cover bottom of crust with a layer of pineapple, then a layer of sliced bananas.

4Next, cover with chopped nuts.

5Top nuts with whipped cream.

6Sprinkle pie with toasted coconut.

7Chill 6 hours before serving.
