  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Add milk to cream cheese and beat.

    Add instant pudding to mixture.

    The mixture will be like a paste; if it is too stiff, add more milk.

    Add whipping cream, sugar and vanilla; stir well. Add whipping cream mixture with pineapple mixture slowly into cream cheese mixture.

    Pour into 9-inch pie shell and chill until ready to serve.
