- 1 Cooked Pie Shell
- 6 Tablespoons Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cups Cocoa Powder
- Salt
- 3 Egg Yolks, Save Whites
- 3 cups Evaporated Milk
- Cream Of Tartar
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Directions

1Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, and a dash of salt. Pour over beaten egg yolks and milk. Cook at 2-minute intervals in the microwave until it gets to thick pudding consistency. Add vanilla in last. Pour into cooked crust.

2Beat egg whites with a little cream of tartar and a 1/4 cup sugar and a little vanilla. Put on top of pie, making sure to cover everything. Place in broiler and do not walk away. Take it out when the top of the pie is a light golden color.
