  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 box Jiffy white cake mix
  • 1/2 stick butter

Directions

    Spray 8 x 8-inch pan with Pam. Line bottom of pan with mango chunks. Mix cornstarch and lime juice; pour over fruit. Sprinkle cake mix over fruit. Dot with butter. Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes.
