- 12 vanilla wafers
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Place 1 vanilla wafer in cupcake tin.

2Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until well blended.

3Add eggs. Mix well.

4Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full.

5Bake 25 minutes at 325°.

6Remove from pan when cool.

7Chill.

8Top with chocolate, nuts or fruit.
