- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Beat all together until light and fluffy.

2Put a vanilla wafer in bottom of each little baking paper cups.

3Pour cream cheese mixture into paper lined cups (1/2 full).

4Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.

5Top with about 1 tablespoon cherry pie filling when done.

6Chill.

7Yields 18 to 24 cakes.
