- 3 pkgs crescent rolls
- 2 8 oz. pkgs cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- egg white
- confectioner's sugar & water for glaze
- chopped walnuts if desired
Directions

1Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla to make filling.

2Cut each triangle of dough in half.

3Put 1 tsp. filling in each triangle and lift corners of dough to make single pastry. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each with egg white.

4Bake at 375 degrees for 10-13 mins (or 350 on convection bake).

5Cool, drizzle with frosting and nuts.
