Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk (not evaporated milk)
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300°.

2Combine crumbs, sugar and butter. Press equal portions onto bottoms of 24 lightly greased* or paper lined muffin cups.

3In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand milk until smooth.

4Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.

5Spoon equal amounts of mixture (about 3 tablespoons) into prepared cups.

6Bake 20 minutes or until cakes spring back when lightly touched.

7Cool.

8Chill.

9Garnish as desired.

10Makes about 2 dozen.
