  • 12 vanilla wafers
  • 2 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 Large eggs

    Line muffin tin with foil liners.

    Place one vanilla wafer in each liner.

    Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed till well-blended.

    Scrape often to ensure no lumps.

    Add in Large eggs.

    Mix well.

    Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full.

    Bake 25 min at 325 degrees.

    Remove from pan when cold.

    Chill.

    Top with fruit, preserves, nuts, chocolate, cherry pie filling.
