  • 4 4-piece frozen low-fat wholewheat waffles
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 2 green kiwifruit, peeled, each cut crosswise into 6 pieces
  • 1 star fruit, or carambola, cut crosswise into 8 pieces (optional)
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries or strawberries, hulled

    Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together the sugar and cinnamon.
