- 5 slices Bread
- 1 cup Water
- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 13 cups Dried Parsley Flakes
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 13 cups Ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons Dried Minced Onion
- 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Tomato Sauce
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
Directions

1In a small bowl, tear slices of bread into the water and let soak for about 5 minutes.

2Remove bread, squeeze excess water out and set bread aside.

3Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Lightly spray a rimmed cookie sheet with cooking spray.

4In a large bowl, combine ground beef, soaked bread, parsley flakes, eggs, soy sauce, garlic powder, ketchup, and dried minced onion.

5Mix well.

6Form into small meatballs, place on cookie sheet and bake 10-15 minutes.

7Repeat until all meat mixture is gone.

8Let meatballs cool slightly.

9Prepare meatball sauce.

10For the sauce, in a large pot, combine tomato sauce, chili powder and sugar.

11Once meatballs are slightly cooled, place them in the sauce mixture and lightly stir all while trying to be careful not to break them (they are fragile).

12Makes approximately 150 mini meatballs.
