- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Combine soy sauce, water, garlic, ginger and sugar in a large bowl.

2Add beef and mix lightly.

3Form into balls about 1 inch in diameter.

4Arrange on a lightly greased baking dish.

5Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes.

6Serve on toothpicks.
