  • 1 pkg. butter flake rolls
  • 1 (4 oz.) can cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 2 tsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dill weed
  • 1/8 tsp. red pepper

    Split rolls in 1/2 roll until flat.

    Put in tin.

    Add shrimp.

    Beat remaining ingredients.

    Put 2 teaspoons in each tin.

    Top with cheese.

    Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until brown.
