  • 8 ounces cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese, very old, sharp shredded
  • 1/2 cup biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 3 large eggs

    Mix all ingredients with Electric mixer.

    Grease mini-muffin tins or use Teflon ones.

    Fill 3/4 full.
