Mini Quiches

Directions

   Combine bacon, cheese and onion in bowl.

   Spoon 1 1/2 teaspoons into bottom of greased miniature muffin pans.

   Combine remaining ingredients.

   Mix until smooth.

   Fill prepared muffin pans.

   Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before removing.

   Yields 72 appetizers.
