- 1/3 c. dry mustard
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Directions

1Combine mustard and vinegar in bowl.

2Cover.

3Let sit overnight at room temperature.

4Mix together sugar and egg and mustard mixture and cook in double boiler until it thickens. Cool.

5Add 1 1/2 cups Hellmann's mayonnaise.

6Store in covered container in refrigerator.

7Serve with ham, pretzels, cheese, etc.
