- 1 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
- 20 thin slices pepperoni
- 1 pkg. large flaky refrigerator biscuits
Directions

1Combine cheeses in a small bowl.

2Halve each biscuit horizontally, making 20 thin biscuits.

3Gently shape each piece into a 2 1/4 x 4-inch oval.

4Place a slice of pepperoni slightly off center on dough.

5Top with level tablespoon of cheese mixture. Moisten edges.

6Fold over and pinch to seal.

7Bake 20 minutes at 350° or until golden.

8Makes 20 servings.
