- butter
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Cut each tortilla with 2 1/2-inch cutter into 3 rounds, making 4 dozen mini tortillas.
