  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 packages Velveeta cheese block
  • 2 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 10 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 dash salt/pepper
  • 2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 packages tortillas
  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 envelope hidden valley ranch mix

    Preheat oven to 425

    Spray a cupcake pan with non stick spray

    Brown your ground beef

    Add the ranch packet to the meat

    While browning the meat..put one tortilla in each cupcake mold

    Bake tortillas until golden brown

    Assemble your mini taco salads anyway you like!!
