- 1 each white onion
- 6 small tomatoes
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 medium lettuce
- 1/4 kg ground beef
- 1 small red bell pepper
- 1 small carrot
- 1 pepper and salt
- 1 sugar
- 1 chili powder
- 2 dozen mini tacos
- 1 mayonnaise
- 1 parmesan cheese
Directions

1FOR THE TACO SAUCE:Saute ground beef, carrots and red bell pepper in olive oil.

2Add a bit of pepper , salt ,sugar and chili powder to taste.

4Let it cool and set aside.

5FOR THE TACO TOPPING:

6Chop the veggie toppings and refrigerate.

7Fill the taco shell with the sauce, veggie toppings.

8Add/sprinkle mayonnaise and parmesan cheese.
