Mini tacos in sweet and spicy sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 each white onion
  • 6 small tomatoes
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 medium lettuce
  • 1/4 kg ground beef
  • 1 small red bell pepper
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 pepper and salt
  • 1 sugar
  • 1 chili powder
  • 2 dozen mini tacos
  • 1 mayonnaise
  • 1 parmesan cheese

Directions

    FOR THE TACO SAUCE:Saute ground beef, carrots and red bell pepper in olive oil.

    Add a bit of pepper , salt ,sugar and chili powder to taste.

    Let it cool and set aside.

    FOR THE TACO TOPPING:

    Chop the veggie toppings and refrigerate.

    Fill the taco shell with the sauce, veggie toppings.

    Add/sprinkle mayonnaise and parmesan cheese.
