- 16 oz. softened cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- pie filling (your choice)
- 24 vanilla wafer cookies
Directions

1Beat cheese, sugar and eggs until fluffy.

2Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and beat until blended.

3Line muffin pans with foil cupcake liners.

4Put 1 vanilla wafer cookie, flat side down, in each.

5Put 1 1/2 tablespoons cheese mixture in each.

6Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

7Cool slightly.

8Put 2 tablespoons of pie filling on top.

9Refrigerate for 24 hours.
