- 1/2 c. gingersnap cookie crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp. pineapple preserves
- 3 Tbsp. mint flavored apple jelly
- 3 Tbsp. cherry preserves
- candied red and green cherries
Directions

1Combine crumbs and butter; stir well.

2Line 1 3/4-inch muffin pans with miniature paper liners.

3Spoon 1 teaspoon mixture into each liner; gently press into bottom.

4Place cream cheese in a small bowl; beat at low speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Gradually add sugar, beating until fluffy.

5Add egg and vanilla, mixing well.

6Spoon evenly into liners.

7Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
