- 1 c. water
- 3 cans deviled ham
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1 c. flour
- 3/4 tsp. onion salt
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Heat water and margarine to rolling boil in 3-quart saucepan. Stir in flour. Stir vigorously until mixture forms a ball, about 1 minute.

3Remove from heat. Beat in eggs, all at once, until smooth and glossy.

4Drop dough by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

5Bake until golden brown, puffed and dry, about 25 minutes. Cool on wire racks. Blend ham, sour cream and salt.

6Just before serving, cut off puffs with sharp knife. Fill each puff with a teaspoon of ham mixture.

7Makes 5 to 6 dozen appetizers.
