- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, minced garlic and ginger.

3Add ground beef and mix lightly, but thoroughly.

4Form into balls about 1 inch in diameter.

5Arrange on a lightly oiled baking dish.

6Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Spear with toothpicks and serve hot with salsa or barbecue sauce. Makes 32 meat balls.
