Miniature Pecan Cakes

- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Mix cream cheese, margarine and flour with pastry cutter. Roll into walnut size balls.

2Press into miniature muffin pans. Make a well by pressing on sides and bottom.

3Fill well with mixture of eggs, brown sugar and pecans.

4Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

5Makes about 35 cakes.
