- 1 c. water
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. plain flour
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Heat water and margarine to rolling boil in 3-quart saucepan.

3Stir in flour.

4Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball, about 1 minute.

5Remove from heat. Beat in eggs, all at once, until smooth and glossy.

6Drop dough by slightly rounded teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.

7Bake until puffs are golden brown and dry, about 25 minutes.

8Cool on wire racks.
