  • 1/2 cup Maker's Mark Bourbon
  • 1/2 cup mint jelly
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, torn

    Rub the oil all over the lamb on a shallow roasting pan.
