  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 c. mint leaves
  • crushed ice
  • bourbon

    Boil sugar and water 5 minutes.

    Place mint leaves in 1-quart container.

    Pour cooled syrup over mint leaves and refrigerate at least 12 hours, but no more than 24 hours.
