Minted Fruit Punch

- 1 c sugar
- 1 qt water
- Bunch of fresh mint leaves
- 1 can (46 oz) pineapple juice
- 1 can (46 oz) orange juice
- 1/2 c fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp non-alcoholic creme de menthe syrup
- 2 qt melon-lime carbonated beverage
- Lemon and lime slices
Directions

1Cook sugar and water to boiling point.

2Pour over the mint leaves (10 or more leaves).

3Simmer for 10 minutes; strain and chill.

4Place block of ice in large punch bowl.

5Over ice pour mint syrup, pineapple juice, orange juice, creme de menthe and lemon juice; stir to mix.

6Just before serving, add carbonated beverage; stir lightly.

7Garnish with lemon and lime slices.
