- 5 c. boiling water
- 5 regular size mint tea bags
- 1 c. sugar
- 5 c. water
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 3/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 (10 oz.) bottles ginger ale, chilled
- fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Directions

1Pour boiling water over tea bags; cover and set aside 5 minutes.

2Remove tea bags, squeezing gently.

3Stir in sugar and next 3 ingredients.

4Chill.

5To serve, stir in ginger ale and garnish, if desired.

6Yields 3 1/2 quarts.
