  • 1/4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. flavoring (buttercream or mint)
  • 1 2/3 c. powdered sugar
  • any color food coloring you desire

Directions

    Mash cheese with sugar, flavoring and coloring.

    Knead like pie dough if necessary.

    Must be real stiff.

    Take dough the size of a marble and dip in granulated sugar; press into rose molds.
