- 1 box powdered sugar
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3 to 4 drops flavoring (peppermint, etc.)
- food coloring (paste not liquid)
Directions

1Sift powdered sugar.

2Cut cream cheese into sugar.

3Add flavoring and color.

4Put powdered sugar on hands and knead mixture until color is even.

5Press mixture into rubber molds.

6Pop out and put on paper towel for a few minutes.

7Store in airtight container with wax paper between layers.

8These can be made up to 2 weeks in advance and put in freezer.

9Makes approximately 200 mints.
