- 1 1/4 sticks butter
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. cream
- 15 drops oil of peppermint
- few drops of food coloring
Directions

1Melt butter over hot water.

2Add oil of peppermint to melted butter.

3Sift powdered sugar and add to butter mixture.

4Add cream.
-
5Mix well. Add food coloring, then press through cake decorator onto waxed paper.

6Let dry overnight.

7Yield:

8150 to 200 mints.
