  • 6 mint leaves
  • 1 cup nonfat yogurt

    2 large beets, cut into chunks and steamed.Set the beets to cool, while you cut.

    6 mint leaves very fine.

    Mix with 1 Cup of plain, non-fat yogurt.

    The yogurt will curdle if the beets are too hot.
