- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 1 cup margarine
- 1-3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/2 tsp. mint extract
- Green food coloring
Directions

1Melt 1/3 cup chocolate pieces with 3/4 cup margarine over low heat, stirring until smooth.

2Add combined crumbs, coconut and nuts; mix well.

3Press onto bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch pan; chill.

4Combine cream chesse, sugar, extract and food coloring, mixing until well blended.

5Spread over crust; chill.

6Melt remaining chocolate pieces with remaining margarine over low heat, stirring until smooth.

7Spread over chream cheese layer, chill.

8Cut into squares.
