  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1-3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/2 tsp. mint extract
  • Green food coloring

Directions

    Melt 1/3 cup chocolate pieces with 3/4 cup margarine over low heat, stirring until smooth.

    Add combined crumbs, coconut and nuts; mix well.

    Press onto bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch pan; chill.

    Combine cream chesse, sugar, extract and food coloring, mixing until well blended.

    Spread over crust; chill.

    Melt remaining chocolate pieces with remaining margarine over low heat, stirring until smooth.

    Spread over chream cheese layer, chill.

    Cut into squares.
