- 3 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 2 teaspoons White Sugar
- 1/2 cups Hoisin Sauce
- 1/2 cups Green Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 1/4 cups Chinese Parsley (cilantro) Thinly Sliced
- Ginger To Taste
- 4 cloves Garlic, Crushed
- 4 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce
- 3 pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 1/4 cups Oil, Canola, Peanut Or Any Good Cooking Oil
- 1 cup Button Mushrooms, Halved
- 1 cup Zucchini, Sliced Medium Thin
Directions

1Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.

2Create a marinade with the flour, pepper, sugar, Hoisin sauce, green onions, parsley/cilantro, ginger, garlic and oyster sauce.

3Add chicken to marinade, let marinate about 10 minutes.

4Heat oil in wok or large skillet until sizzling hot.

5Add chicken and stir quickly using high heat.

6Lower heat and cook 5 minutes, then add mushrooms and zucchini and cook additional 5 minutes.

7Serve with hot steamed rice.
