Minute Tapioca Ham Loaf

- 1/2 c. Minute tapioca (uncooked)
- 1 lb. lean ham
- 1 lb. fresh pork
- 1 Tbsp. onion pulp
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Ground together the ham and pork.

2Mix tapioca through ground meat.

3Combine with other ingredients and mix well.

4Bake in 7 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan (or form a loaf and bake in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan) at 450° for 20 minutes.

5Decrease temperature to 375° and bake 45 minutes longer.

6Serve hot or cold.
